I have to admit, I like to prove myself to asshole guys, but I'm not excessive even though I probably could be, seeing how I am pretty awesome. Lol. I can't stand those girls Zealots or The Chosen. I love how you said something about being overly proud just proves to the men that we believe we are inferrior and therefore have to prove ourselves. Something like that. I liked it =] Great job.

yeah, really... and the Zealot type can get really abusive, too
like this one chick, Uzi, pwns me daily and never forgets to rub it in my face. it's especially bad when she saves my life (in game), and then a second later calls me a "bro-job" and a "stupid cowboy"...

I'm an alien from another planet when it comes to the gaming world, but that's a pretty neat summary! I didn't know there were traits in gaming world for girls! Not surprised though! :D

And the only game I've played (that you've mentioned) is Left 4 Dead. It was on my brother's PC and he said I had to try it. It's really disturbing, especially with that shrieking lady who cries and fat zombie who spits. Pretty neat game though!

I only wish I could get the wifey into it. She seems like a lost cause though. I'm holding out for my daughter when she gets older.

Yeah, I hear that. Coming from that perspective, I can understand wholeheartedly.

I've been wanting to play the first Resistance (Fall of Man?) so bad, played a little bit of it at a cousin's house. Wish it came out on PC...or wish I can afford a PS3. *le sigh*

There's really no multiple definition of ending. It's just that - the end. No more story or gameplay until there's a sequel/prequel. So I pretty much avoid MMOs and online play since even though there's objectives i see it as pointless and wasting time. You're not moving forward in the story, you're just... there. It's MySpace with a game in the middle.

But I guess it just depends on the type of player you are in the end. I'm a story/single player type of person. It's unfortunate lately a lot of games (especially shooters) put focus on multiplayer instead of story like they did 10 years ago, but I guess I just want that 'spark' that I got when I was a kid. =P

Last games... currently I'm replaying Sam & Max season 2. I was playing Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 before my PS3 kicked it last week. lol

'Course they have endings! Well I guess it depends how you define ending.

When playing with other players online, you will get some bad apples, that's a given, but there's usually a lot more normal/awesome players.

It's only when I meet a female player that gets on my nerves-they tend to
fall into either two of the categories aforementioned, at least for me.

Multiplayer and co-op games are clearly not meant for everybody. I guess I enjoy it because teamwork is involved, you're competing and/ helping other characters that are played by actual people, you get to interact with players everywhere, et cetera.

Just out of curiosity what games have you been playing recently?
