Well my friend was talking to one of the guys who works for Valve at E3, and he basically said that as soon as the first L4D was released, they worked on the second one right after. Not sure if that would justify anything, but still, it does seem pretty early. I’m just hoping there will be a lot more content, which is where L4D is awfully lacking in.

I know nothing about games but my husband has Left 4 Dead and I played it once.. I screamed when the zombies attacked me and threw the controller down haha

I was telling him about this. I mentioned what you think of the Left4Dead 2 because i’m sure he was thinking of buying it. But you’re right, if there’s not that many changes what would be the point in buying it.

Sounds like a hell of a lot of fun. :] I’m having the same issue myself as well, the entire ‘find time to game and breathe’ dilemma. It’s unfortunate because there’s so many games out there that are worth the attention but with everything else on top it’ll wind up in a ‘to do’ list rather than something to get rid of stress.

Still, I didn’t see much of L4D2 other than the trailer and it’s much more ‘homey’ in a way. Must be the Louisiana take on it. Unfortunately I haven’t played L4D completely (even though it’s sitting on my hard drive somewhere) so it’s hard to critique what’s changed/better/horrible. But a sequel within a year’s time? That makes me question Valve’s quality over quantity ideal.
