I’m in Dim Sum heaven

About two-three years ago, I was always dragged to eat Dim Sum with my family and I’ve always hated it with a passion because I never liked their food. Today, Dim Sum is my all time favorite type of food.

I have absolutely no idea how I went from disliking it (to a point where I wanted to gag) to loving it…just know that I ate it a few days ago, and then ate it today since I still had leftovers.

There’s still another batch of it for tomorrow.

I took pictures of it, although I don’t think I could entirely capture its true deliciousness:

I LOVE DIMSUM, there used to be a place with 4 bucks all you can eat dimsum. NO KIDDING. So cheap and tasty and whenever I got back from there, I usually couldn’t move.

I’ve actually never eaten dim sum… I know, horrible isn’t it? I grew up with my traditional Mexican cooking. x_x BUT I could definitely put that in a ‘eat before I die’ list. =P

Funny how we hated some things when our parents were forcing us to eat them but then you grow up and you’re like, “This is gooooooooooooood.” I wonder if it has anything to do with these foods being familiar/comforting to us. Not that it matters if it has anything to do with either because dim sum = good. I thank my parents everyday for forcing me to eat it a lot as a kid.
