I recently purchased crazy contacts, from Wild-Eyes, for this year’s Hallows Eve.  Last year it was yellow cat eye and the year before that was pure red. It still freaks people out every time, which is why I enjoy wearing them. Muahaha…

As for my Halloween costume, I’m making it all out of scratch for the first time. So far, everything’s going fairly well and I have to say, I’m pretty damn proud of what I’ve came up with so far. I will post pictures of them soon.

What are you going to dress up as?

If I never started working on my Halloween costume as a Mortal Kombat character (yes, really), then I totally would’ve tried to go as one of these dark, lovely models. Pure lovely…

There’s something charming about big, chunky heels and wedges. I love them. I love seeing them on other girls–but they’re intimidating as hell!  I own a few and I’ve never worn them out yet because I’m sort of a pansy. Whenever I try them on, it automatically makes me look super fly…which is sweet! But! I can’t help but feel like I’m packing a barbie-sized battle tank on each foot. If meteors were to strike upon the earth I’d be the sloppiest one to dodge their boulders because of my big ass tankin’ heels.  As a person who values acceleration and um power walking, I just can’t risk wearing them. Or perhaps it’s simply a matter of adapting to them.

Regardless, I think they’re totally bitchin’.
