I recently purchased a unique pair of Versace sunglasses a few weeks ago and they finally came in! I say unique because sunglasses tend to come with two lenses, right? One for your right eye and one for your left. These Versaces, however, are made up of one BIG lens that’s cut to the shape of these sunglasses. There’s no external bordering either. That’s weird, man. But I like weird.
I showed these off to my fresh-off-the-boat mom and after I told her it was Versace, she replies, “Oh, Versaucy? I like Versaucy.” Crazy ol’ Vietnamese women and their proclivity to butcher classy-sounding words I tell you.

But anyhoo, after making my purchase, I googled the sunglasses and found out that these were primarily worn by rappers and r&b artists such as Flo Rida, Omarion and Cyhi da Prynce. Lady Gaga and that one chick from Tron has also worn them before. Which makes this even more rad only because the glasses–albeit bold and oddly crafted–can work for just about anyone.
…I mean anyone! Whether you are a really cool black guy or a dorky Asian girl, I assure that you can still rock these badboys.
The Medusa in the corners gives it a pretty nice touch.

Woo! Ok, I figured what I want to be for Halloween guys, I’m going to dress up as one of my favorite comic book characters, Nico Minoru from the Runaways series. She’s a witch–kind of a teenage hoe–but perdy nonetheless. Her sense of style is pretty bitchin’, she’s into the whole punk/goth/lolita scene, so I’m going to have a lot of fun experimenting with how the costume is going to look.
